Contract Terms

Duo Vert provides interlock paver restoration services, including cleaning, sanding, and releveling. All services are performed on the basis of a written quote approved by the client before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the visible conditions of the site. The final price may be adjusted if actual conditions differ. Materials are not included unless clearly stated otherwise and will be billed after the project is completed.

Use of Equipment

Duo Vert provides and uses its own professional equipment to carry out all work. By accepting services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the use of this equipment on their property.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit of 30 to 50% is required to secure the booking. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed scope of work.

Completion of Work

A project is considered complete once the services described in the approved quote have been performed. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of work completion and do not delay payment obligations. Late payments may result in additional fees.

No Free Repairs

Duo Vert does not provide free repairs, free touch-ups, or ongoing maintenance after work is completed. Any additional work or adjustments requested after completion will be treated as a new job and billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Duo Vert is not responsible for natural settling, shifting, drainage issues, weather-related effects, or pre-existing conditions. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. Duo Vert does not guarantee aesthetic results beyond the agreed scope of service, as results may vary depending on the condition and age of existing materials.

Surface Conditions

The client is responsible for disclosing any known issues. Duo Vert is not responsible for hidden or underlying conditions beneath the surface.

Damage Disclaimer

Reasonable care is taken during all work. Duo Vert is not responsible for minor or incidental damage to surrounding areas such as grass, edging, or nearby structures, except in cases of clear negligence.

Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in fees.

Referral Program

The $150 referral reward applies only to new clients. The referral must be submitted before the project is confirmed. The reward is issued only after the referred project is completed and paid in full. A minimum project value of $1,000 is required. Only one reward is issued per project.

Acceptance and Governing Law

By approving a quote or booking services, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
