The Typical Project in the Plateau

The Plateau is like Hull, but newer. Houses are a good size, though not as big as in Aylmer or Chelsea. Pavers are younger here: we rarely have to lift them all, and there are fewer leveling problems. Most of the time, it is a repair without releveling. The process stays the same: we clean everything, lay the sand, compact twice, and come back 30 days later for the sealer.

A Job: August 2026

When we arrivedA small interlock walkway leading to the front door, to be cleaned and refilled with sand.

What stood outNothing to relevel: a simple job, no releveling.

What we didWe pressure washed the whole walkway, then waited 24 hours for everything to dry.

The sand, then the sealerWe laid the polymeric sand and compacted twice. About 30 days later, we came back for the sealer.

Not always. In the Plateau, where the pavers are newer, we rarely have to lift everything: most of the time, a good cleaning, new sand and a sealer are enough. We confirm it on site, during the free quote.

A project generally takes 2 to 3 days, never more than 4. The sealer goes on in a separate visit about 30 days after the sand and takes about an hour. We contact you before arriving and send you photos once we are done.
