Type of Service Needed
Whether it's a high-pressure cleaning alone or a full repair including complete removal of the old sand, installation of new premium polymeric sand and application of a protective sealant.
Current Condition of the Pavers
General wear, dense moss and weed growth, old polymeric sand that needs stripping, or sinking that needs releveling all directly affect the prep time required.
Surface Area
The per-square-foot rate gradually decreases as the total area grows. A large driveway benefits from better economies of scale than a small walkway.
Size of the Pavers Themselves
Smaller or irregularly shaped pavers have far more joints per square foot. The more joints there are, the more time and care the cleaning and polymeric sand refilling take compared to larger modern pavers.
Prices vary a lot from project to project depending on several factors (project size, the pavers' starting condition, with or without sealant), but our projects generally fall between $600 and $4,000. Depending on the nature of the project, the final price can be lower or higher than this range.
