We apply Techniseal HP NextGel polymeric sand into every joint — always this premium product, regardless of the project. Frost, weed and insect resistant, once cured it forms a barrier that keeps weeds and ants from settling between the joints.

Activation & Finishing

Water activation to cure the sand. Sealant option available for maximum protection and a glossy finish. We use Techniseal sealant, a trusted brand, for lasting protection and a finish that brings your pavers' colours back to life. We carefully clean the work site and adjacent surfaces before we leave — you have nothing to pick up.

We ask you to clear the surface before we arrive. That said, if a table and a few chairs are still out, we move them ourselves, it is no trouble.

Techniseal HP NextGel, on every project. We've tried Sika, RG+, EZ and HP NextGel: HP NextGel is more consistent, leaves less haze on the pavers and lasts longer. A job done right stays weed-free for 3 to 5 years.

According to Techniseal, you can walk on HP NextGel right away, and light furniture can go back once we're done.
